How is pricing calculated?

Our pricing is based on the volume of transactions, complexity of reporting, and the level of admin support required. We offer fixed monthly fees so you always know your costs upfront.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Absolutely. We understand that businesses scale and change. You can adjust your package level with one month's notice at any time during our engagement.

What are the standard payment terms?

For our retainer packages, invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are payable via direct debit or bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice date.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We work fully remotely, so we can support businesses wherever they're based, and we price in GBP and ZAR.
